Acceptance of general terms and conditions

By ordering from our site, you accept our general terms and conditions, including our Privacy Statement.

Price changes

THE GAME reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. *At times where software or human errors for instance, list products with an obvious faulty price, THE GAME reserves the rights to cancel the order. - notifications will be given.


All items are subject to availability. Delivery times vary depending on the product and we always endeavour to deliver to an agreed date. Please note, our delivery date is an estimate, we cannot unfortunately accept liability if the product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. We do promise to keep you up to date. If your items have different expected delivery dates we will despatch the order when every item is in stock.

In general items will be shipped 1 or 2 days after receiving payment. Within Belgium parcels will be delivered within 2 days. For the rest of Europe delivery is expected after 4 or 5 days.

Faulty/Damaged products

If any of your products have a manufacturing defect or are damaged please contact knock@the-game-online.com or +32 (0)2 503 44 18 within 7 days of receipt of goods with proof of the manufacturing defect or damage. We will arrange collection and replace the faulty product free of charge. We will not refund products that have been damaged due to wear and tear.



Of course we hope you are happy with your order!  However if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. The goods have to be in the original packaging and in perfect condition, so that we can arrange exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping.

Before shipping back your return, send us an email at knock@the-game-online.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will provide you with all the information necessary to return the goods.

Sales can not be exchanged and/or refunded.



When ordering online, as a consumer you have the right to revoke the contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days.

In order to comply with the renunciation term it is sufficient to send us your communication concerning the exercise of your right of renunciation before the renunciation period has expired:

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, if applicable, a delivery option other than the least costly method of delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will refund using the same payment method that you have used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different way; in any event, this refund will not incur any fees for you. If applicable, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the good(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the good(s), whichever is the earliest of these facts.

Please note that the goods have to be in their unopened, original packaging and in a saleable condition
